The first post

The first post. Not the last. Not the goal. Not the fence. Just the first post. Hopefully this won't prove to be too dull or mind numblingly boring, but we'll see what happens..... The aim here is to take advantage of blogging technology to produce a travel blog of my forthcoming adventure around the world. I think it should work pretty well actually, but we'll see what happens - blogging is ideally suited for this sort of thing, so, yeah, we'll see how it turns out.
